Terms of Service.

The ground rules for the WingyBlox website — what the site is, what we ask of you, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Overview

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the deal for using the WingyBlox website. Using the site or signing in means you're okay with both — if you're not, please don't use it.

1. What this service is

WingyBlox is a free, community-run workplace roleplay group on Roblox, operated by volunteer members. It is not a registered business or legal entity, has no employees in any commercial capacity, and collects no payments. This website backs it up: you sign in with Discord, we link your Roblox identity via Bloxlink, and your group rank decides what you can access. You can open support tickets, leave reviews, and apply for staff here.

WingyBlox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, Discord, Bloxlink, Cloudflare, or jsDelivr. It's all free — no purchases or perks. We're volunteers, so the site goes down sometimes for maintenance or outages. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties — see Sections 11–12.

2. Who can use it

The service is part of a Roblox community, and many of our members are teenagers. The service is therefore open to users of all ages; however, if you are under the age of digital consent in your country (typically 13–16 depending on your location — 16 in Germany, 14 in Spain, 13 in Latvia), you should have permission from a parent or guardian before using the service. We collect only the minimal account data described in our Privacy Policy and never knowingly collect more information from children than from adults.

You must be at least 13 to submit a staff application, and at least 16 to submit one from Germany. We rely on Discord and Roblox age gates for sign-in and do not independently verify age — if we learn a user is under the required age without parental permission, we will delete the account.

3. Your account

Signing in happens through Discord, and Bloxlink matches you to your Roblox account so the site knows your group rank and what to let you do. Whatever happens on your account is on you, so keep your Discord safe and don't hand your login to anyone else.

Think someone else got in? Sign out wherever you can and tell us right away — a support ticket or Discord both reach us.

4. Fair use

Just use the site like a normal person and don't ruin it for everyone else. Specifically, don't:

  • Break the law, or talk others into breaking it.
  • Mess with the site itself — no hacking, poking around for holes, uploading nasty stuff, or dodging our bot checks and rate limits.
  • Flood the place with bots, auto-submitted junk, or repeated nonsense tickets, reviews, or applications.
  • Harass or threaten people, or post hateful, toxic stuff about them.
  • Pretend you're staff or someone you're not.
  • Scrape or collect other people's data off the site.

5. Reviews, tickets and applications

What you write is still yours — posting it just lets us keep it and use it to run things: reviews show up publicly, while tickets and applications go to the staff dealing with them.

Keep it honest and clean, and never drop passwords or personal details into anything you submit — the support form says the same. A filter holds flagged reviews back until staff have looked at them, and we can take down anything that breaks these terms.

If your reviews keep coming back toxic, warnings stack up: three gets you blocked for a day, five is permanent. And every staff application has its own privacy notice you agree to before sending.

7. Other websites and services

This site leans on other services: Discord for sign-in, Bloxlink and Roblox to confirm rank/username, Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots, jsDelivr CDN for fonts/files, Oracle Cloud Germany for hosting. They have their own terms and privacy policies — your use of them is governed solely by those policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. Breaking these terms

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms. typical steps: warning, content removal, ticket-access loss, or full account/access loss. Repeat or serious abuse lands harder.

Think we got it wrong? Appeal it — open a ticket in the Appeal category and tell us your side.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself any time from your settings. Your applications, drafts, permissions and blacklist entries go right away. Reviews are detached and kept under "Anonymous". Support tickets and 12-month security logs are kept for history and safety, with IP removed on account deletion. The Privacy Policy has retention periods.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice via a bottom popup notice on the website prior to new terms taking effect. By continuing to use the service after revisions become effective, you agree to the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.

11. Disagreements and liability

The website operator lives in Latvia; servers are in Germany; game owner in Germany and co-owner in Spain. The laws of Latvia, excluding conflicts rules, govern these terms. If you are an EU consumer, you keep mandatory protections of your home country.

If you have a dispute, first try to resolve it informally via support ticket or Discord.

WingyBlox is free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to zero (0) as no payments are collected, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of data, privacy, etc.). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — there liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

12. Contact

Questions? Find us on Discord or support ticket (tickets can't take file uploads — use Discord for files). For website copyright issues contact the site operator; for game content contact the Roblox game owner. Community rules: rules document.
