The path to our staff team

We love when members want to help the community! Being staff means being a positive role model — professional and dedicated. Here's your path to joining the team:

Step 1 — Join our community

• Join our Roblox group and Discord server
• Read the rules and familiarize yourself with our community
• Be active and respectful in-game and on Discord
• Show maturity and professionalism in all interactions

Step 2 — Apply for staff

• Join into the application centre
• Fill out the application form

Step 3 — Passed application & futhure training

After successfully passing application, you'll be promoted to:

• Trainee Kitchen Staff (JKS)

To get promoted in shift you need to pass training.

Step 4 — Attend a training session

Training sessions are announced in Discord. Don't give up if you don't pass the first time — you can always try again!

• Check Discord announcements for training times
• Arrive on time and be prepared
• Follow instructions carefully
• Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge
• Ask questions if you're unsure about anything

Step 5 — Pass training & get promoted

After successfully passing training, you'll be promoted to:

• Junior Kitchen Staff (JKS)

The path to management

Becoming a manager is a significant amount of responsibility! MRs help staff, host shifts, and moderate in-game. Here's how to get there:

Option 1 — Apply for management

Step 1 — Be an active staff member

• You must be an Trainee Kitchen Staff or higher rank
• Be active in-game and attend shifts regularly
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership qualities
• Help newer staff members and be a positive role model
• Show dedication to the community

Step 2 — Join our Discord

Make sure you're active in our Discord server — this is where applications are submitted and announcements are made.

Step 3 — Submit an application

When you feel ready:

• Head to the #staff-announcements channel in Discord
• Find the Management (MR) application
• Fill it out completely and honestly
• Submit and wait for results

Option 2 — Get handpicked

Step 1 — Be an active staff member

• You must be an Junior Kitchen Staff
• Be active in-game and attend shifts regularly
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership qualities
• Help newer staff members and be a positive role model
• Show dedication to the community

Step 2 — Excel in your role

• Consistently perform well during shifts
• Communicate effectively with other staff and management
• Show reliability and dedication over time

Step 3 — Wait for handpick consideration

Training schedule information

We love when people want to join our team! Training sessions are hosted regularly by our dedicated trainers.

Our training schedule

• Training sessions are held multiple times per week
• Exact times are announced in our Discord server's announcements channel, and in Training centre
• There are available kitchen staff training sessions
• Sessions typically last 30–45 minutes

How to prepare

• Join our Discord and enable notifications for announcements, or check for training in Training centre
• Be respectful and follow all instructions

Shift schedule information

Shifts are hosted regularly every week.! They're hosted by Junior Manager and higher ranks.

Our shift schedule

• Shifts are held regularly throughout the week
• Announcements are posted in Discord and on event board before each shift
• Shifts typically last 45–60 minutes
• All staff members are encouraged to attend when available

What happens during shifts?

• Staff work their assigned positions (checkout(POS), kitchen, etc.)
• Managers oversee operations and provide guidance
• Demonstrate your skills for chance at promotions
• Build mutual trust with other staff members
